Our Partners

Abbeyfield does not get involved in the financial affairs of current or prospective residents. However, we have members of our team who are conversant with the housing benefit and we can signpost applicants and their families/sponsors to the appropriate local authorities.

Abbeyfield Southern Oaks is an affiliated member of The Abbeyfield Society, a national umbrella organisation for a national network of Abbeyfield homes. Some of these homes are owned by Abbeyfield UK a national provider of sheltered and care accommodation. Others are owned by local independent affiliates, like Abbeyfield Southern Oaks, which are governed and managed locally, but operated in accordance with standards promulgated and monitored by The Abbeyfield Society.

Abbeyfield Southern Oaks pays and affiliation fee annually to The Abbeyfield Society, for which it secures an entitlement to enjoy the benefits of the national brand and access to knowledge and networks of good practice.
