Lifestyle at Abbeyfield House

Friendly, welcoming house in a pleasant area. Residents are offered good food, security and companionship, whilst retaining independence.  Two home-cooked meals, lunch and supper, are provided daily. There are regular optional activities including outings and social gatherings. Each resident is supported by volunteer shadow/befriender.

with Religious services every two months for those who would like to attend as well as occasional music in the lounge.  Also enjoyed are outings to local theatres, places of interest and meals out to near by restaurants and film evenings.

Celebrations of calendar events such as Christmas, Easter, Chinese New Year, Burns Night are always well attended and something the residents look forward to.
