VOLUNTEERING OPPORUNITIES
At Nonsuch Abbeyfield, we pride ourselves on the fact that Volunteers have a job role and are made to feel part of the team. We are still looking for Volunteers to cover the below.
DRIVER/S; we are seeking volunteers who are able to drive a mini bus, ( or the like). This role is paramount in ensuring that residents are able to get out and about, transporting residents from our other 4 houses, located within an 8-mile area, to Nonsuch and back. Possible day trips. Days and times to be decided.
BAR MANAGER: at Nonsuch Abbeyfield we have a lovely Bar area which overlooks the Sports Field. There is an open terrace leading out from the area enabling residents and families to enjoy the views and beautiful weather. There is also a brand-new Pool Table installed.
We do have a licence here which enables us to run the Bar. We now need a Volunteer/s to run side by side with TNS ( catering Company) and Joanne Taylor, Community Manager in opening up this area.
Both Roles are new roles, both will hold a real sense of ownership!!
